MCL Finance UAE ("MCL", "we", "our", or "us") provides invoice finance and POS funding services to SMEs across the UAE. We are part of the MCL Finance group with UK and UAE operations.

2. Eligibility

• You must be a UAE-registered business to apply for funding.

• You must provide accurate, complete information in your application.

• Approval is subject to internal checks, due diligence, and compliance with applicable laws.

3. Our services

• Invoice finance: Advance of up to 90% of invoice value, with repayment when the customer settles the invoice.

• POS funding: Up to 50% of monthly card sales advanced, with automatic daily repayments as a fixed % of takings.

• Fees are fixed, agreed upfront, and disclosed in writing before acceptance.

4. Application process

• Applications are submitted online or via our team.

• We may request invoices, POS statements, financial records, and KYC documents.

• We aim to provide funding decisions quickly, but timelines are not guaranteed.

5. Fees and repayment

• A flat fee is charged on approved advances. No interest or late fees apply.

• Repayments are collected according to the agreed structure (invoice settlement or daily POS deductions).

6. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate and truthful information.

• Notify us of any material changes in your business or ability to repay.

• Use funds only for lawful business purposes.

7. Our rights

• We may decline any application at our discretion.

• We may adjust, suspend, or withdraw services if legal, regulatory, or risk requirements necessitate.

8. Limitation of liability

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

• Our total liability is limited to the amount of fees paid to us in connection with your funding agreement.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website is owned by or licensed to MCL Finance. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify content without our prior consent.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the UAE. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
